Rythm is an internal sales automation dashboard operated by the Rythm team. Access is by invitation only and is restricted to authorised users.
You may use Rythm solely for the business purposes for which access was granted. You must not share your login credentials, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in any way that could cause harm to the platform, its data, or other users.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Rythm monitors login behaviour, device registrations, and geographic access patterns. Unusual activity may result in your account being suspended pending review.
Rythm integrates with third-party services including Lemlist to surface your sales tasks. By using Rythm you consent to data being synchronised between these services for the purpose of delivering the platform's functionality.
Rythm is provided on a best-efforts basis. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may temporarily affect availability. The team will aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time if these terms are breached or if your engagement with the Rythm team ends. On termination, your account data may be retained for audit and legal compliance purposes.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Rythm after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
